Swan forays into real estate; partners with Piramal Holdings Limited to develop Swan Mills land in Mumbai.
2008
Two landmark towers completed in Kurla’s IT Park, laying the foundation for Equinox Business Park, our first ever IT park.
2011
Delivery of Ashok Gardens residences in Sewri, Mumbai, our inaugural residential project.
2012
Completion and delivery of Sai Tech Park, a 3,00,000 sq ft commercial tower in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
2017
Completion and delivery of Technova Business Park, a 2,91,000 sq ft commercial tower in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
2022
Cardinal One becomes the first residential launch in Yeshwanthpur.
2025
Cardinal One sells out in 2025, and residences are delivered the same year.
